Allen is a dedicated and compassionate individual who serves as an Associate Pastor and Worship Leader at Whitney Free Will Baptist Church. With a deep sense of faith and a heart for ministry, Allen has been actively involved in serving the church community for several years.

In his role as an Associate Pastor, Allen actively supports the Senior Pastor in various ministerial responsibilities. He assists in leading worship services, delivering sermons, and providing pastoral care to the congregation. Allen's warm and approachable demeanor allows him to connect with people on a personal level, offering guidance, comfort, and support during challenging times.

As the Worship Leader, Allen collaborates with a worship team to create a meaningful worship experience for the congregation. Through his musical talents and his deep love for worship, Allen helps create an atmosphere that encourages the congregation to connect with God and express their praise and adoration.

Allen also plays a vital role in the church’s youth ministry, working closely with both the children’s and teen groups. His involvement in the youth programs allows him to mentor and inspire the next generation, encouraging them to grow in their faith and develop a strong relationship with Christ. Additionally, within the church community, Allen's wife, Stephanie, plays an important role as she teaches the children's Sunday School. Stephanie's dedication to teaching and nurturing the faith of the young ones in the congregation is invaluable. Through engaging lessons, activities, and a loving approach, Stephanie provides a safe and welcoming environment for children to learn and grow in their knowledge and understanding of God's love.
